Development plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
